When you send the estimate form, we receive your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you selected, and your email address and project details if you add them. We also record the page you sent the form from, the website that referred you, campaign tags in the link you followed, your IP address and browser type. When you tap a phone number or a link to lockandtech.com, we log that click with the page it happened on.

How we use it

We use your details to call you back, schedule a walkthrough and prepare a quote. A copy of each request is stored on this website and sent to the Lock and Tech USA service team by email. Technical data helps us block spam and understand which pages bring in requests. We do not sell your information or share it with marketers.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores the campaign tags and referring website from your first visit in your browser for 30 days, so a later request can be credited to the right source. It does not use advertising cookies. A map of our service area loads from Google only when you click to show it.
