Does the walkthrough cost anything?
The visit and the written proposal are free. Nothing gets scheduled until you approve the price.
What should I have ready for the visit?
Make sure we can reach the doors, the basement or electrical room, and the old intercom or alarm panel if there is one. For larger buildings, the number of apartments and a contact for the super save time on the day.
I am a tenant. Can I book the work?
For anything that touches the entrance or common areas we need the owner or managing agent to approve the job. Tenants can book cameras, alarms and video doorbells for their own apartment or house, within the lease rules.
The intercom stopped working tonight. What do I do?
